Custom Bench with storage cubes can stay. Cushion on top is in excellent condition and can be recovered easily to fit your taste.
Coat closet located next to front door with custom shelving. Cubbies are adjustable. There is one more shelf that goes across the entire closet at the top (not pictured).
Half bath is located right off the family room. Great for guests. Includes a floating sink, linoleum flooring (great condition and covered under VG HOA), and super cute shiplap!
