Headboard is custom made farmhouse style. Fits a queen bed.

Large closet. Two rods. custom shelves on each side to fit more than THIRTY storage cubes. Cubes can stay.

Family Room/Entry

Family Room has new carpet as of 2016. There is a ceiling light/fan. Custom Bench with storage cubes can stay. Cushion on top is in excellent condition and can be recovered easily to fit your taste. Coat closet located next to front door with custom shelving. Cubbies are adjustable. There is one more shelf that goes across the entire closet at the top (not pictured). Half bath is located right off the family room. Great for guests. Includes a floating sink, linoleum flooring (great condition and covered under VG HOA), and super cute shiplap!

Second Bedroom

Full bath / Hallway

Full bath is located upstairs next to the master bedroom. Vanity and sink are in great condition with a lot of storage underneath. Flooring is linoleum in great condition (covered by VG HOA). Laundry Hamper installed 2017. This can stay or be taken down. Allows for 3 sorted sections. Each section holds about 1-1.5 loads. Linen closet provides plenty of storage
